14-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a full-price item doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of delivery in its original condition.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be in original condition — unworn, unaltered, with all tags and packaging intact
- Items must include all original accessories, dust bags, and documentation received
Final Sale — Not Eligible for Return
- Items purchased at a sale or discounted price are final sale and cannot be returned
- Items marked as "Final Sale" in the product listing
- Items that have been worn, altered, or are missing original packaging
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We provide a prepaid, insured return shipping label that can be purchased at checkout or by contacting our support team. We strongly recommend using our insured label to protect your return in transit — BOUTIV is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping without our insured label.
Refund Process
Once your return is received at our facility, our team will inspect the item to confirm it meets our return conditions. Refunds are processed as follows:
- Refund issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days after the item is received and inspected
- You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
- Affirm and Klarna purchases are refunded according to their respective policies
How to Initiate a Return
- 1.Email support@boutiv.com with your order number and reason for return
- 2.Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization within 24–48 hours
- 3.Ship the item back using our insured return label or your own insured shipping method
- 4.Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@boutiv.com. We will arrange a free return and either replace the item or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
