At BOUTIV, we take the utmost care in ensuring your luxury pieces arrive safely and securely. All shipments are fully insured and handled by our trusted logistics partners (FedEx and UPS).

1. Signature Requirement

Due to the high value of the items sold on BOUTIV, a direct signature from an adult may be required upon delivery, depending on the item value and carrier policy. For high-value shipments, the carrier may require a signature. If you are unavailable to sign, the carrier will leave a door tag and attempt redelivery.

2. Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment and final authentication checks are completed.

Domestic (US): 2-3 Business Days (Expedited) or 1 Business Day (Overnight).
International: 3-7 Business Days (varies by destination).

3. International Shipping & Customs

We ship globally to most major destinations. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees dictated by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost paid at checkout.

4. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO

For security reasons, BOUTIV cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. A valid physical residential or business address must be provided.
